How do I create an account?

Click the 'Get Started' button on our homepage, enter your email address and password. You can also sign up instantly using your Google account for faster access.

How do I set up my profile?

After signing in, go to your Dashboard. You can add a profile picture, write a bio, select a theme, and start adding links. Click 'Save Changes' when you're done. Your profile will be live at yourusername.goodsenpai.com

How do I share my profile?

Your profile is accessible at yourusername.goodsenpai.com. You can share this link anywhere - social media, bios, emails. You can also generate a QR code from your dashboard to share physically.

How many links can I add?

You can add multiple links to your profile. Links can be organized into Link Stacks - groups of related links that users can expand to see all items inside.

What are Link Stacks?

Link Stacks let you group related links together. For example, you could have a 'YouTube Videos' stack containing all your video links. Users can tap to expand and see all links inside.

How do I track link clicks?

Every link has built-in analytics. Your dashboard shows total clicks, unique visitors, and click trends over time. You can view detailed analytics from your dashboard.

How do I reorder my links?

Simply drag and drop links in your dashboard to rearrange them. Your new order will be reflected immediately on your public profile.

Can I make my profile private?

Yes! You can toggle your profile between public and private from your dashboard settings. Private profiles are only visible to you when logged in.

Are there free themes available?

Yes! We offer several free themes that you can use without any payment. Visit the Themes section in your dashboard to browse all available themes.

How do I unlock premium themes?

Premium themes require credits to unlock. Credits can be purchased from the Credits section in your dashboard. Once you have enough credits, you can unlock any premium theme.

How many credits do I need for premium themes?

Each premium theme has a different credit cost. Visit the Themes section to see the credit price for each theme. You can purchase credit packages based on your needs.

What image formats are supported for profile pictures?

We support JPEG, PNG, GIF, and WebP formats. For best quality, use a square image. Maximum file size is 2MB. If no image is uploaded, a default avatar will be generated for you.

What are credits and how do I use them?

Credits are our virtual currency used to unlock premium themes. You can purchase credit packages from the Credits section in your dashboard. Each premium theme requires a specific number of credits.

Go to the Credits section in your dashboard. Choose a credit package that suits your needs. Payments are securely processed through Razorpay and support credit/debit cards and UPI.

How do I bookmark a profile?

While viewing any public profile, click the bookmark button. The profile will be saved to your Bookmarks section in the dashboard for quick access later.

Go to the Bookmarks section in your dashboard. You'll see all the profiles you've saved, along with options to view or remove them.

Yes! You can enable 'Show bookmark count publicly' from your dashboard. When enabled, your public profile will display the total number of people who have bookmarked your page.

How do I reset my password?

Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page, enter your email address, and we'll send you a secure reset link. The link expires after 60 minutes for security reasons.
